5 Tips for a Terrific Tuesday

It’s Tuesday! How did your Monday go? Did you set new goals? Did you accomplish them? Well, if you didn’t, all was not lost! Tuesday is your second chance to get a great start to the week. So, here are some Tuesday tips to help you get your groove back and make it a productive week.

5 Tips for a Terrific Tuesday

1. Just like Monday: Get up early
A great Tuesday starts early. Be the first person up in your house.

2. Again, just like Monday: Get some exercise
Even a brief workout is proven to increase endorphins and make you happier, so just do it!

3. And yet again, just like Monday: Eat breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Skipping breakfast can reduce your ability to concentrate later and surely you don’t want that. Read my blog Breakfast Tips for a Healthier Morning for some great ideas.

4. Do one thing you weren’t able to accomplish on Monday
Achieving a small, fast victory can create momentum.

5. Say NO to something
This is not as easy as it seems. Most of us often have difficult saying NO. Finish what you are working on before trying to do tackling a new project. Finish yesterday’s goal first before taking on a new project. Trust me, you’ll be happy you did and you won’t feel overwhelmed.
